Whose data this is
Two kinds of people appear in PlumPerk: you (the business owner) and the people who call your business.
What we hold about callers
Their phone number, what they told us about the job, the address they gave, and the text conversation. That’s it. We hold it so you have the job details and so we recognise them the next time they call you.
What we never do with it
We do not sell caller data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not market to your callers, and we do not share your customers with other businesses on PlumPerk. Your callers are yours. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never sold or shared with anyone for promotional purposes.
Text messages (SMS program disclosure)
PlumPerk sends SMS on behalf of the business you called, only because you called that business and the call went unanswered — the conversation exists to take your job details.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time and we stop texting you. Reply START to resume. Help: reply HELP for contact information, or email hello@plumperk.com.
Message frequency varies: typically a handful of messages per missed call while we take down your job details, and none otherwise. Message and data rates may apply.
Who else touches it
Text messages are carried by Twilio. Conversations are processed by Anthropic’s Claude to understand what the caller needs. Data is stored with Supabase. We use these providers to run the service, not to advertise to anyone.
Call recording
PlumPerk does not record voice calls. Missed calls are answered with a short automated message and handled by text.
Deleting it
Email us and we’ll delete a caller’s record or a whole business account. If a business cancels, its data goes with the account.
